This is a really very fine compilation of Ronnie's work with various combos during the 50's and 60's. It's a veritable "who's who" of Britsh modern jazzers and the cream of the crop during that period - with such luminaries as Jimmy Deuchar, Tubby Hayes,Phil Seaman and Dizzy Reece (to name but a few) - adding considerably to the musical and historical interest of these CD's/5(16).
